The Canadian Gold Maple Leaf series has been a staple of the bullion market since 1979, though not all weights were available initially. The series began with only the 1 oz coin, and the first fractional additions were the 1/4 oz and 1/10 oz coins. Today, the 2025 1/10 oz Canadian Gold Maple Leaf Coins are available from ITM Trading.

The sugar maple leaf remains a powerful national symbol, though its representation has occasionally sparked discussion. Some have debated whether it fully reflects Canada’s diverse Indigenous and immigrant populations. Despite this, the maple leaf continues to be celebrated as a unifying emblem across the country.
All 2025 1/10 oz Gold Maple Leaf coins in this listing are provided in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Individual coins come in protective plastic flips, while sets of 40 coins are sealed together in a sheet, ensuring safe delivery and preservation of the coin’s finish.
The obverse of the 2025 coin features a left-profile portrait of King Charles III, designed by Steven Rosati in 2024. He is only the second monarch to appear on the Maple Leaf bullion series, following Queen Elizabeth II, and is depicted without a crown.
On the reverse, the classic sugar maple leaf design remains. Created by Walter Ott in 1979, this image has appeared consistently on all coins in the series, including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium versions, symbolizing Canada’s natural heritage and minting tradition.
