ITM Trading, Inc. offers text messaging so customers can communicate directly with their consultant. By calling or texting an ITM Trading business number, or by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Messages are sent from ITM Trading consultants' direct business phone numbers. They may include replies to calls and texts you send us, a courtesy text if your call to a consultant goes unanswered, appointment scheduling information, order and account updates, and answers to your questions. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.

Consent

You consent to receive text messages by calling or texting an ITM Trading business number, or by verbally agreeing with your consultant to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that number.
