Above the eagle are the words one troy ounce and 999 silver. Below the eagle LIBERTY SILVER is inscribed.
The reverse of the round displays the historic Liberty Bell of Philadelphia along with the words from the Declaration of Independence inscribed on a banner: Life, Liberty and Happiness. At the bottom of this side are the A-Mark hallmark and the words 999 pure silver.
