The reverse carries the complete text of the Second Amendment, with five stars and the inscriptions 2 TROY OUNCES .999 SILVER and GOLDEN STATE MINT below it. Thomas Jefferson's words NO FREE MAN SHALL EVER BE DEBARRED THE USE OF ARMS circle the outer rim.
Golden State Mint is a family-run private mint that has operated since 1974. This round measures 47 mm across and has a reeded edge.
