Billionaire investor Carl Icahn is warning of “danger ahead’ for the U.S. economy unless issues ranging from tax policy to interest rates are addressed.

In a 15-minute video to be posted on CarlIcahn.com Tuesday, the founder of Icahn Enterprises will call for taxes to be lowered for corporations and raised for hedge fund managers. He will also reiterate his fears that low interest rates are creating a bubble in real estate, art and junk bonds.

“I’ve seen this before a number of times,” Icahn said, referring to past financial calamities. “And I think a time is coming that might make some of those times look pretty good.”

The video comes a week after Icahn said no to being Donald Trump’s Treasury Secretary should he win the White House in 2016. (USA TODAY)
