Markets at all-time highs thanks to the phase 1 US China trade deal, is it all it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s cracked up to be? Probably not and it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s also too late for trucking companies and truckers who are in crisis now. That probably isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t good news for auto loans either.
