The coin set consists of one Proof quality quarter from the San Francisco US Mint and two uncirculated quality quarters – one each from Philadelphia and Denver US Mint facilities. The coins are available mounted on a plastic card, with a concise description and the Certificate of Authenticity at the back. Priced at $14.95, orders for the set can be placed at the US Mint website, by calling the US Mint number or through the US Mint online subscription program.
  • Presidential $1 Coin & First Spouse Medal Set- Rutherford B. Hayes: The US Mint Presidential $1 coin and First Spouse Medal Set is available from September 22, 2011, at noon Eastern Time (ET). Priced at $14.95, the set includes an uncirculated quality Rutherford Hayes Presidential Coin and a bronze medal honoring Lucy Hayes that graces the First Spouse Gold Coin. The coins come packaged in a plastic card with beautiful representations of portraits of the President and the First Spouse. The back contains information on issuance.
  • Rutherford B. Hayes $1 Coin Cover: Orders for the Rutherford B. Hayes $1 Coin Cover can be accepted, beginning from October 04, 2011, noon Eastern Time. Priced at $19.95, the limited edition cover includes two circulating quality 2011 Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential $1 Coins from the first day of mintage at Denver and Philadelphia US Mint facilities. The coins are mounted on a display card with a 44 cent postage stamp. The postmark “August 18, 2011” stands for the day Rutherford B. Hayes coins were first released to the public.
  • 2011 First Spouse Series One-Half Ounce Gold Proof Coin – Lucy Hayes: Issued in honor of Lucy Hayes, the wife of President Rutherford B. Hayes, the coin will be available from September 01, 2011, noon Eastern Time. A one-half, 24-karat gold coin struck in proof quality, the coin has a frosted foreground and mirror-like background. The obverse of the coin features a portrait of Lucy Hayes, while the reverse depicts the First Lady’s participation in the First Easter Egg Roll at the White House. The obverse is designed by the US Mint Artistic Infusion Program Master Designer Susan Gamble and sculpted by Sculptor Engraver Don Everhart. The reverse is designed by Associate Designer Barbara Fox and sculpted by Sculptor Engraver Joseph Menna. The coin is encased in a custom designed, polished, domed and lacquered hardwood box. It also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
  • 2011 First Spouse Series One-Half Ounce Gold Uncirculated Coin – Lucy Hayes: A 24-karat gold coin struck in uncirculated quality, this coin has a satin-like finish. The obverse features Lucy Hayes’ portrait, while the reverse features the First Lady’s participation in the First Easter Egg Roll. The sale of the uncirculated coin will begin September 01, 2011, noon Eastern Time. The maximum mintage of Lucy Hayes First Spouse Gold Coins is 15,000, including proof and uncirculated coins. The ratio of these coin types will be determined by customer demand.
